Welcome to ZygApp.com ("ZygApp," "we," "us," or "our"). ZygApp is operated by ZygApp LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By accessing or using our website, educational curriculums, interactive media assets, browser-based creative tools, and platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using ZygApp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information.
2.1 Eligibility and Age. The Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. ZygApp does not offer accounts to minors, and there is no under-18 tier of the Services.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. During registration you will be asked to provide your date of birth in order to confirm that you meet this requirement. We use that date to determine whether you are an adult and do not retain it — we keep only the result of that check, the time it was made, and the version of these Terms in force at the time. We may also ask existing account holders to confirm their age, and may restrict access to the Services until they do so.
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide and do not independently verify age. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the Services. If we become aware that an account holder is under 18, we will terminate that account and delete the associated personal information.
We may terminate any account where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
2.2 Accounts and Security. To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.3 Handles and Display Names. Your account carries a handle, which forms part of the address of your public profile if you choose to make one public. Handles must be unique and are not case-sensitive; you may not register a handle that differs from an existing handle only by capitalisation.
You may not select a handle that impersonates another person, misrepresents your affiliation with ZygApp or any other party, or is reserved for platform use. We may reclaim, change, or suspend a handle at our discretion where it breaches these Terms.
If you change your handle, links to your previous handle may continue to direct visitors to your profile. Handle changes may be limited in frequency.
2.4 Feature Access. Not every feature is available to every account. Some features are granted by us directly; others unlock when your Synergy Score — a measure of your participation and contribution on the platform — reaches a threshold we set.
Thresholds, scoring, and the features they govern may change at any time, and we may add, alter, or withdraw features without notice. Access to a feature is not a right you acquire permanently, and no part of the Service is guaranteed to remain available.
Where a threshold rises above your current score, work you have already published under the previous threshold stays published. We remove existing work for breach of these Terms, not because a threshold moved.
ZygApp provides an ecosystem for adult learners, digital creators, and tech professionals.
3.1 Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to the original text, images, audio, videos, and other materials you upload or post to the Service ("User Content").
3.2 Your Warranties. For every piece of User Content you submit, you represent and warrant that:
Where we ask you to confirm these things at the point of submission, that confirmation forms part of these warranties. Submitting content you do not have the rights to is a breach of these Terms, and Section 9 applies.
3.3 Licence to ZygApp. By posting User Content, you grant ZygApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, adapt, reformat, encode, publish, display, distribute, and — solely as described in 3.4 — sublicense that content, for the purpose of operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Services. This includes storing and serving your content through our third-party infrastructure providers.
This licence lasts as long as your content is on the Services, and ends when you remove it — subject to 3.5, which describes what removal cannot undo.
3.4 Creator Samples and Interactive Tools. Some parts of the Services are tools that process audio, images, or other material inside the visitor's own browser. Where you choose to contribute User Content for use in such a tool — for example an audio sample offered to the filter rack in the ZygApp Studio — you additionally grant, through ZygApp, a limited sublicence to every visitor who uses that tool, to:
That sublicence does not permit a visitor to redistribute, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit your contributed content as a sample, loop, or standalone recording, whether processed or not, and does not transfer any ownership. It extends only to output genuinely created by the visitor using the tool.
If you use a ZygApp tool, you accept the same limits in respect of anyone else's contributed content that you process. Anything you record is yours to keep and use personally; it is not yours to release, and any commercial use of output containing another creator's contributed content requires that creator's own permission, obtained directly.
Contributed content may be credited to you by name, handle, and — where you have supplied one and we accept it — a link to a release of your own. Section 3.7 governs how that credit and link behave.
3.5 Withdrawal and Removal. You may withdraw contributed content, or delete other User Content, at any time through the Services. When you do:
We may also remove or restrict User Content ourselves, as described in Sections 6 and 7.
3.6 Public Profiles. Your profile is private by default. Nothing on your profile is visible to anyone other than you unless you choose to make it public through your privacy settings. You control which sections of your profile are visible, and you may withdraw that visibility at any time.
Where you have made your profile public, it may be indexed by search engines unless you elect otherwise in your settings. If you subsequently make your profile private, we will stop serving it, but we cannot control how quickly third-party search engines remove cached copies.
3.7 Featuring and Tagging. ZygApp may feature creators and their work on the Services, including on the ZygApp market page and on our channels. Featured work is used only with the creator's written permission under a separate agreement.
Where you appear in or contribute to featured content, you may be identified by name and handle. Where you have permitted it and your profile is public, that identification may link to your profile. You may withdraw permission for that link at any time through your privacy settings, after which your name will appear as plain text. Withdrawal of linking permission does not affect content already published under a separate signed agreement.
3.8 Review Before Publication. Some User Content is reviewed by a person before it becomes publicly visible, and some is not. Where content is held for review, we may accept it, decline it, or ask for changes, at our discretion and without obligation to publish. Review is not an endorsement, and it is not a guarantee that content is lawful or that it does not infringe anyone's rights — responsibility for that remains yours under 3.2.
We may also review, restrict, or remove content after publication, including where a rule, policy, or third-party requirement changes.
3.9 No Compensation. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing, you receive no payment, royalty, or other compensation for User Content, for its use on the Services, or for its use by visitors under 3.4. Contributing content is voluntary, and any benefit you receive — attribution, links, audience, Synergy Score — is not consideration and is not guaranteed.
Section 4 governs affiliate earnings, which are a separate matter and are paid by Amazon, not by us.
ZygApp utilizes affiliate marketing to monetize content. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. ZygApp is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon beyond participation in the Amazon Associates Program.
4.1 ZygApp's Affiliate Links. ZygApp LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click on and/or make a purchase through affiliate links on our site, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Products curated directly by ZygApp ("ZygApp Picks") carry ZygApp's own affiliate links and are disclosed accordingly.
4.2 Creator Affiliate Links. ZygApp allows eligible creators to embed and exhibit their own Amazon Associates products and links within their content. Creators participate in the Amazon Associates Program under their own independent agreement with Amazon; ZygApp is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee affiliate approval, account standing, commissions, or earnings. If you utilize this feature, you agree to the following:
Compliance. You must fully comply with the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, the FTC's endorsement guidelines, and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your own affiliate account, its trial requirements, and any tax obligations arising from your earnings.
Property Registration. Before posting affiliate links on ZygApp, you must register zygapp.com as a property in your Amazon Associates dashboard. ZygApp expressly authorizes you to do so, and you confirm this registration when submitting your first link.
Platform-Rendered Disclosure. ZygApp automatically displays an affiliate disclosure (e.g., "As an Amazon Associate, [Creator Name] earns from qualifying purchases") on every product card containing an affiliate link, attributed to the owner of the link's tracking ID. You may not remove, obscure, or interfere with this disclosure, and you must not misrepresent the ownership of any link. The platform-rendered disclosure applies only to content displayed on ZygApp; you remain solely responsible for disclosures anywhere else you share affiliate links, including your own websites and social media accounts.
Link Integrity & Validation. You may only submit direct Amazon product links carrying your own Amazon tracking ID, or official Amazon short links (amzn.to). You consent to ZygApp validating, normalizing, and reformatting submitted links (including removal of extraneous URL parameters) and validating associated content. Link cloaking, third-party URL shorteners, redirects that obscure the Amazon destination, and use of tracking IDs you do not own are prohibited.
Content Restrictions. Content associated with affiliate links may not include product prices, discounts, or availability claims; may not offer incentives or rewards for clicking; may not imply endorsement by Amazon; and may not use deceptive practices, cookie stuffing, or spam to generate clicks. ZygApp may reject or restrict content that violates these restrictions.
On-Platform Display Only. Affiliate links are rendered only on zygapp.com web surfaces. ZygApp does not include affiliate links in emails, notifications, feeds, or downloadable/exported content, and you may not attempt to distribute your ZygApp-hosted affiliate links through such channels in a manner attributing them to the ZygApp property.
Other Outbound Links. Where the Services let you supply a link that is not an affiliate link — for example a link to a release of your own alongside a contributed sample — that link must point to a destination we permit, must not carry affiliate, referral, or campaign parameters, and must not use a URL shortener or any other redirect that obscures where it goes. We may validate, reformat, decline, or remove any such link, and we may stop displaying a link that later stops meeting these requirements without removing the content it accompanied.
Enforcement. ZygApp may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, validate, flag, restrict, suspend the public display of, or remove any affiliate link or associated content — including in response to changes in Amazon's policies — where it determines the content violates these Terms or threatens ZygApp's domain standing or the standing of other creators.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold ZygApp LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your affiliate activity or content, including any account suspension, ban, or lost revenue you experience through third-party affiliate programs.
You agree strictly not to use the Service to:
6.1 Immediate Termination. ZygApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms.
6.2 Protection of Infrastructure. You acknowledge that ZygApp relies on third-party cloud infrastructure. If we determine that your account activity or User Content poses a risk to our infrastructure, violates our upstream providers' Acceptable Use Policies, or places ZygApp LLC at risk of legal liability, we may restrict access or delete your User Content permanently without notice.
6.3 Termination for Age Ineligibility. Where we determine that an account holder does not meet the age requirement in Section 2.1, we will terminate the account and delete the associated personal information rather than retaining it.
6.4 Closing Your Own Account. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account. When an account is deleted we remove your personal information and stop serving your User Content, subject to the limits in 3.5 and to any records we are required to keep by law or must retain to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
Sections 3.2, 3.5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and this sentence survive termination of your account, however it comes about.
7.1 ZygApp's Property. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality — including the ZygApp codebase, interactive ad unit scripts, visual design, and branding — are and will remain the exclusive property of ZygApp LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.
7.2 Copyright Complaints and Takedown. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement concerning material on the Services. Our notice and takedown procedure, the information a valid notice must contain, how to submit a counter-notice, and the contact details of our designated agent are set out on our DMCA & Intellectual Property page at zygapp.com/dmca/, which forms part of these Terms.
We may remove or disable access to material in response to a notice, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe material of yours has been removed in error, the counter-notice procedure on that page is the route to have it restored.
8.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZYGAPP LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 Browser-Based Tools. Some tools provided through the Services run entirely in your own browser and process material on your own device. Output you create with them is produced by you, on your equipment, and we do not review it, store it, or accept responsibility for it. Where such a tool states that your material is not uploaded, that statement describes how the tool works; it is not a warranty that your device, browser, or network is secure.
8.3 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYGAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZygApp LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and ZygApp LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this Section removes any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, where that law applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Each published version carries the version number and effective date shown at the top of this document.
Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations — including any change to the licences you grant in Section 3 — we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect, and we may require you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the Services. Where we do not require acceptance, continuing to access or use the Service after the effective date means you agree to the revised Terms.
A change to the licences in Section 3 applies to User Content you submit on or after the effective date of that change. It does not retroactively alter the terms on which content already submitted was licensed, unless you accept the revised Terms.
