ZygApp ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website ZygApp.com (the "Service").

We do not sell your data. However, to provide our Service, we utilize industry-leading cloud infrastructure providers. While we control the data you provide, the physical hosting and storage are managed by the following third-party sub-processors ("Operators"):

  • Google Cloud Platform (Compute): Used to host the application logic (Cloud Run).
  • Google Cloud SQL: Used to securely store user data and relational records.
  • Google Cloud Storage: Used to store user-generated media files (images/videos).
  • Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and identity management.

These providers adhere to rigorous security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001). By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed on servers maintained by these providers, which may be located outside of your state, province, or country.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

6. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means (including encryption at rest and in transit) to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
