ZygApp Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

ZygApp LLC ("ZygApp," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the ZygApp.com service and related infrastructure.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all text, images, videos, 3D interactive assets, and user-generated content hosted on ZygApp.com, including Creator Marketplace product cards, creator-submitted product recommendations and media, and media embedded alongside Amazon Associates affiliate links. For third-party content embedded from external platforms (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo videos displayed on product cards), ZygApp will remove or disable the embed upon valid notice; claims regarding the underlying video file itself should also be directed to the hosting platform, where the file resides.

2. Submitting a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe in good faith that any content hosted on the Service infringes your copyrights, please submit a notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please provide specific URLs to the exact ZygApp.com page or media asset).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit ZygApp to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the specific URL at which the content appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Insert US State of LLC Incorporation, e.g., Wyoming or Delaware], and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, ZygApp will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court order against you within 10-14 business days, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ZygApp has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at ZygApp's sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. ZygApp may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Please note: Termination of an account due to repeat infringement will result in the immediate forfeiture of any active affiliate links or monetization features connected to that account.

For clarity: removal or restriction of content under ZygApp's affiliate compliance policies (for example, link validation or advertising-content rules) is separate from this copyright policy and does not constitute an infringement strike under this section, and vice versa.
