Welcome to ZygApp.com ("ZygApp," "we," "us," or "our"). ZygApp operates as a United States Limited Liability Company. By accessing or using our website, educational curriculums, interactive media assets, and platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ZygApp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information.

2. Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches related to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Platform Usage and Content Licensing

ZygApp provides an ecosystem for students, digital creators, and tech professionals.

3.1 Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the original text, images, videos, and other materials you upload or post to the Service ("User Content").

3.2 License to ZygApp: By posting User Content, you grant ZygApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content to operate and provide the Services. This includes storing your content on our third-party infrastructure providers.

4. Affiliate Monetization & Amazon Associates

ZygApp utilizes affiliate marketing to monetize content. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. ZygApp is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon beyond participation in the Amazon Associates Program.

4.1 ZygApp's Affiliate Links. ZygApp LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click on and/or make a purchase through affiliate links on our site, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Products curated directly by ZygApp ("ZygApp Picks") carry ZygApp's own affiliate links and are disclosed accordingly.

4.2 Creator Affiliate Links. ZygApp allows eligible creators to embed and exhibit their own Amazon Associates products and links within their content. Creators participate in the Amazon Associates Program under their own independent agreement with Amazon; ZygApp is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee affiliate approval, account standing, commissions, or earnings. If you utilize this feature, you agree to the following:

• Compliance. You must fully comply with the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, the FTC's endorsement guidelines, and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your own affiliate account, its trial requirements, and any tax obligations arising from your earnings.
• Property Registration. Before posting affiliate links on ZygApp, you must register zygapp.com as a property in your Amazon Associates dashboard. ZygApp expressly authorizes you to do so, and you confirm this registration when submitting your first link.
• Platform-Rendered Disclosure. ZygApp automatically displays an affiliate disclosure (e.g., "As an Amazon Associate, [Creator Name] earns from qualifying purchases") on every product card containing an affiliate link, attributed to the owner of the link's tracking ID. You may not remove, obscure, or interfere with this disclosure, and you must not misrepresent the ownership of any link. The platform-rendered disclosure applies only to content displayed on ZygApp; you remain solely responsible for disclosures anywhere else you share affiliate links, including your own websites and social media accounts.
• Link Integrity & Validation. You may only submit direct Amazon product links carrying your own Amazon tracking ID, or official Amazon short links (amzn.to). You consent to ZygApp validating, normalizing, and reformatting submitted links (including removal of extraneous URL parameters) and validating associated content. Link cloaking, third-party URL shorteners, redirects that obscure the Amazon destination, and use of tracking IDs you do not own are prohibited.
• Content Restrictions. Content associated with affiliate links may not include product prices, discounts, or availability claims; may not offer incentives or rewards for clicking; may not imply endorsement by Amazon; and may not use deceptive practices, cookie stuffing, or spam to generate clicks. ZygApp may reject or restrict content that violates these restrictions.
• On-Platform Display Only. Affiliate links are rendered only on zygapp.com web surfaces. ZygApp does not include affiliate links in emails, notifications, feeds, or downloadable/exported content, and you may not attempt to distribute your ZygApp-hosted affiliate links through such channels in a manner attributing them to the ZygApp property.
• Enforcement. ZygApp may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, validate, flag, restrict, suspend the public display of, or remove any affiliate link or associated content — including in response to changes in Amazon's policies — where it determines the content violates these Terms or threatens ZygApp's domain standing or the standing of other creators.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold ZygApp LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your affiliate activity or content, including any account suspension, ban, or lost revenue you experience through third-party affiliate programs.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree strictly not to use the Service to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our interactive 3D units, logic, or platform architecture.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or use the platform for illegal activities that interrupt or destroy any computer software, hardware, or cloud infrastructure.
• Upload copyrighted material for which you do not have the rights or necessary licenses.
• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes hate speech, discrimination, or illegal acts.

6. Termination and Infrastructure Protection

6.1 Immediate Termination: ZygApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms. 6.2 Protection of Infrastructure: You acknowledge that ZygApp relies on third-party cloud infrastructure. If we determine that your account activity or User Content poses a risk to our infrastructure, violates our upstream providers' Acceptable Use Policies, or places ZygApp LLC at risk of legal liability, we may restrict access or delete your User Content permanently without notice.

7. Intellectual Property Rights (ZygApp)

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality—including the ZygApp codebase, interactive ad unit scripts, visual design, and branding—are and will remain the exclusive property of ZygApp LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ZYGAPP LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYGAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZygApp LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access to the Service;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which ZygApp LLC is incorporated (United States), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
